pregnancy symptoms but not pregnant?

Ok so im grace and im 18 and currently ttc. Im on vitex 1 81 mg aspren and a 1 a day. i have allll theses symptoms of being preg but i just keep getting a BFN. i have;

ichy nipples
head aces
tired ness
sore lopwer back
cramps
body pains
weird gas
cant sleep on my back
lots of peeing

last night i had the worst soreness in my pelvis like crazyyy sore the only thihng that helped was my husband to be massageing my back or me curling up into fetal. i have also had pains simmilar but less painful. am i pregnant? is this bad i really want a baby and im trying everything while keeping relaxed but this pain sucks.

i never got my BFP's until i wasd 6 weeks with my first
and 9 weeks with my second
all tests before hand were negatives
you could have a shy beanie

sometimes though when you want a baby so bad you pick up on little things and everything becomes a symtom and as linda says though you could have a shy baby and it wont show postive till a few weeks good luck xx

I agree with the others it could be your hormones are low at the moment and cant be picked up, but when TTC you almost imagine symptoms or notice things you get all the time but never noticed before

i have some similar symptoms. sore lower back, sore and itchy nipples, tierdness, gone off chips and beans :s, i am also 1 week late. did a test today but came back negative :( xx
