| how painful is painful hon? go to your EPU or GP if you are in a lot of pain and have very bad cramps, keep an eye on it. wishing you all the best  stretching pains just feel like stretching, its uncomfortable and twingy but not agony. if something feels not normal.. get it checked out x |
