morning sickness twice as bad with twins?

my morning sickness is horrible its 24/7 i heard morning sickness is worse with twins? mayb becoz of double hormones im not sure but what can i do to calm it down? i cant even make it to the doctors so thats not much of an option really :( x

I heard it can be worse with twins and start alot earlier then with a single pregnancy xx

yeah its worse with twins (though ive got nowt to compare it too)
i had it really bad till after 20 weeks. could handly eat a thing
